Description

Valor Games Southeast – 1 of 4 events in the Valor Games Series. Valor Games is a competition for Veterans and active-duty service members with a physical disability. This year, the Southeast will have both entry level and intermediate competitions in several Paralympic sports. Come and challenge your personal limits and discover that disability does not define who you are! National coaches and experts in each sport are available to educate, evaluate and empower competitive sports. Discover an active lifestyle with purpose to train and be a part of a competitive series.

A body changed by injury needs the discipline and challenge of physical activity to stay healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. It is the key to recovery and long-term health, and re-integration into your community at home.

In the spirit of fierce competition, Valor Games Southeast will be held at venues of historic competition and athletic excellence: Dean E. Smith Center at University of North Carolina, Cameron Indoor Stadium at Duke University and Centennial Parkway and Reynolds Coliseum at North Carolina State University.

North Carolina and the Southeast have a rich history of military excellence and support! A history where our men and women have endured grave situations, but through camaraderie, support and love from our communities, made a huge impact and change in our America.

Join the challenge….find the camaraderie and feel the support or your community!

Please bring some type of service record with you such as, a VA ID card, a Military ID card, or your DD-214 discharge papers. Thank you!
