Description
If you enjoyed the self defense and community awareness class during our Paralympic Experience in May, then come on out for a full day of learning. Barton, Karl, John, and Megan will spend the day teaching you self defense techniques and different ways to stay safe when out in the community. Open to all Bridge II Sports Participants.

• Youth, families and adults with disabilities

• Caregivers and direct support staff

• Escape Techniques

About the Instructors:
Barton Cutter is a fourth degree black belt and has over 13 years experience training in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Barton has CP and trains from both a power and manual wheelchair.
Karl Koch is a 15th degree black belt in Budo Taijutsu and has trained for over 30 years. He is founder of the Hidden Mountain Bujinkan Dojo in Durham, NC, the Blacksburg Bujinkan Shibu, and the Virginia Tech Ninjutsu Club.
