Bridge II Sports Classic | 2025
Description
Welcome to the 2025 Bridge II Sports Classic — where passion meets power and young athletes redefine the game.
Previously known as the Old North State Classic, this annual youth wheelchair basketball tournament lights up the first weekend of December with fierce competition, unforgettable camaraderie, and an electrifying spirit of inclusion. Hosted by Bridge II Sports, the Classic showcases emerging talent from across the nation, empowering student-athletes to push boundaries on and off the court.
Both Junior Prep and Junior Varsity divisions are invited to register and compete for the ultimate prize — gold and glory. It’s not just about the trophy. It’s about pride, teamwork, and rising to the moment!
Come witness the resilience, speed, and heart that make this event so much more than a tournament — it’s a movement.

EVENT START: December 5th, 2025 3:00 PM
EVENT END: December 7th, 2025 2:00 PM
REGISTRATION FEE: $400 per team (up to 20 players) |
Online Registration opens at 12:00 a.m. on August 11th and will remain open until 11:55 p.m. on November 14th, 2025. There will be no onsite registration or walk-ons allowed.
We will be LIVESTREAMING again! David Anderson and his team are coming back for their fifth year of supporting the athletes and their families by allowing friends and family to cheer their favorite adapted athlete from afar. We will make sure to send out a link to all teams so that they can share with family and friends. We also have several retired NBA players lined up to call the livestream action. ALL teams will be live-streamed at least once during the Classic!
We are currently searching for a local sponsor for lunch on Saturday for players and coaches! Family and friends in attendance will have the option to purchase food from the Rocky Mount Event Center's concession stand.
Arrangements for our Saturday Night Athlete Social have been finalized! The Athlete Social will take place from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, and will feature the talents of a local Rocky Mount DJ! We recognize that, outside of practice and sporting events, some athletes may not have many opportunities to socialize in person with other youth with similar lived experiences, and we would like our Athlete Social to provide a place for such interaction.

Not able to participate directly? But still interested in supporting our event? Please consider donating as a sponsor, or signing up as a volunteer!
(If you have worked with us before please sign in before submitting any forms.)
New Volunteers: Before we can approve your application we need you to register here, first, and then follow the steps outlined in this document. Please contact us with any questions.
